If you have taken the Foundations Series already, join in on the summer series, consisting of 3 classes, 90 minutes each.
July 9, July 16 AND July 23, 8 - 9:30 PM EST
Cost for ALL 3 Foundations Classes: $50 CAD. This is approximately $35 USD, depending on exchange rates at time of purchase.
By participating in these sessions you acknowledge that in entering into a class and/or meditation session with Julia Jackson, it is not a substitute for psychiatric, psychological, or medical treatments, and that you are entering into this class and/or meditation of your own free will and are of sound body and mind at the time of making this decision. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for continuing any treatments (if any) prescribed by your psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor including but not limited to therapy and medications. You will not consult Julia Jackson in regards to mental health issues as she is not a mental health practitioner. Although the classes/meditations from Julia Jackson may be helpful, you acknowledge that results may vary.
